2. Practice audit. We analyze denial patterns and A/R aging to see where revenue is being lost.
3. Custom proposal. A plan built for your specialty, payer mix and practice size.
4. Onboarding. We work inside your existing EMR or practice management system.
5. Ongoing optimization. Monthly reporting and regular reviews with a dedicated account manager.

How pricing works

Our fee is the greater of a $650 monthly minimum or 2.99% of your monthly collections. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Full details are on our pricing page.
